Refund & Return Policy

OVERVIEW

At GFY Fabrications LLC, many of our products are custom-made, fabricated, or performance-based components. Because of this, our return and refund policy is stricter than the standard retail policy.​By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ALL SALES FINAL – CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All custom, made-to-order, or modified items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.​

 

This includes (but is not limited to):​

  • Custom-machined or fabricated parts

  • Special-order components

  • Modified or assembled products

  • Items made specifically for your build or specifications

​​Exception: If the item arrives defective or incorrect (see Section 4).

 

2. STANDARD (NON-CUSTOM) RETURNS

Non-custom, unused items may be eligible for return if:​

  • Return is requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Item is returned in original packaging

​​Approved returns are subject to:​

  • 15% restocking fee

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

​​We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:​

  • Installed or used parts

  • Items showing wear, damage, or modification

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Electrical components (if applicable)

  • Seals, o-rings, or wear components once opened

 

5. INSTALLATION & COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for:​

  • Verifying compatibility before purchase

  • Proper installation of all parts

​​We are not responsible for:​

  • Damage caused during installation

  • Improper use or misuse

  • Compatibility issues not explicitly stated on the product listing

​​Installed items are not eligible for return.

 

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if shipping has not started

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once fabrication begins

​​We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

 

7. SHIPPING ISSUES

GFY Fabrications LLC is not responsible for:

 

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”


If a package is lost in transit:


A claim must be filed with the shipping carrier
We will assist where possible but do not guarantee replacement

 

8. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Approved refunds will be issued:​

To the original payment method

Within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item

​​Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

9. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By purchasing from GFY Fabrications LLC, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.​Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in:​

Order bans

Refusal of future service

Submission of evidence (including this policy) to dispute the claim
